Care is a complete, agile information tool enabling hospitals define a flexible systematic approach to monitoring and improving their services. It is designed exclusively to meet the requirements of fast growing hospitals in either single or multi-user environment. Easy to learn and totally userfriendly, it is designed for use directly by the departmental personnel rather than costly data-entry staff. It consists of several modules integrated to function and exchange information as a team.

Patient Information

  • Patient Master Info consists of the patient’s information like name,date of birth,sex,address and allergies of the patient etc.
  • Patient Category divided on the basic data of age of the patient.
  • Treatment Info comprises of the day-to-day information regarding the drugs and the different dosages prescribed thereafter.
    • Drug Name
    • Dosage
    • Frequency etc.,
  • Laboratory tests comprises of the laboratory tests that the patients have undergone during the course of their treatment and the levels of different elements in their tests indicating the normal levels for the same and thereby maintaining a permanent record of the abnormal values the patient had in his history.
  • Operations info comprises of the operation that the patients have undergone during the course of their treatment.
  • List of Doctors who visit the hospital or are consultants for the treatment of the patients etc.,

Hospital Administration System

  • Patient Admissions comprising of the regular day-to-day admissions of patients based on ward / beds availability etc.,
  • Wards information database indicating the number of beds that can be accommodated in a particular ward etc.,
  • Beds under the different wards.

  • Billing module comprises of an integrated system deriving Patient bills from the expense incurred by the patient from all the various modules.

Pharmacy Control & Flow System

The Pharmacy Control System (PCS) comprises of the following modules. Drug Master database maintaining a list of drugs in the pharmacy categorized under the respective schedules etc.,

  • Tax info for the purpose of billing and the maintenance of the same in the records.
  • Re-Order Levels for the drugs in the pharmacy ensuring prompt decision making in the purchase of drugs
  • Supplier info maintaining a list of suppliers’s name,address,products supplied etc.,for the purpose of purchases from the same.
  • Maintenance of
  • Goods received notes for the updation of Stock in the pharmacy due to the purchases of drugs from the suppliers.
  • Billing module comprises of an integrated system printing pharmacy bills for both in-patients on credit basis and out-patient on cash basis.

Material Accounting System [MAS]

The Material Accounting System (MAS) comprises of the following modules:

  • Items Master database maintaing a list of items available in the hospital categorized under the respective groups for easier organization of information
  • Multiple stocking locations for the purpose of handling inventory of items at different sections / departments of the hospital
  • Re-order Levelsfor the items in the hospital ensuring prompt decision making in the purchase of items.
  • Supplier info maintaining a list of supplier’s name,address,products supplied etc.for the purpose of purchases from the same.
  • Maintenance of Goods received notesfor the updation of Stock in the different locations due to the purchase of items from the suppliers.

Clinical Information System

Laboratory Reference Values /Tables Ref.Module[LRVM]

Laboratory test & Ref. values module (LRVM) comprises of the following:

  • Maintains a list of the different tests to be undergone by any patient
  • Different types of samples like Serum, Plasma, CSF are maintained seperately
  • Reference values for the different types of elements are maintained and compared with the actual tests results of the patient falling under the age group thereby indicating the patient’s test reports indicate any abnormal values for the test.
  • Maintains a permanent record of the normal and abnormal values present in the patient’s test report in the patients profile or history for future reference.

Ailmentwise Drug & Dosage Control Module [ADDM]

Ailmentwise Drug & Dosage Control module comprises of the following:

An integrated database of

  • Ailments
  • Drugs that can be prescribed
  • Dosage Initial,Maximum etc based on weight of the patient that can be given etc.,
  • Also other miscellaneous tables like the T-values tables for the biostatistics analysis module
  • Parental nutrition tables for infants ,Prematures and the amount of minerals,vitamins and the other essential body fluids that have to be maintained for the particular day baby as per standard charts and further more…
